The conference was to be held together with AFRA NDT project coordinators meeting which was to be sponsored by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Unfortunately, the IAEA has informed the organizers that internal arrangements within the agency have lead to unavailability of a technical officer for the NDT project.
We the organizers therefore regret to inform you that the conference has been postponed to the third quarter of 2010.
We will inform you immediately a new date is fixed.
